We registered in 2007, we build things for a living, and we wrote these terms to be straightforward rather than impenetrable. If something here doesn't sit right, reach out — contact@lbllbnc.com. We'd rather have a conversation than a dispute.

These terms govern your use of this website only. They do not replace, modify, or supplement any construction contract, proposal, or estimate you may receive from us. Those documents stand on their own, governed by their own terms and the applicable provisions of British Columbia law.

What This Website Is (And Isn't)

This site provides information about Labelle Bnc's construction services — general contracting, pre-construction estimating, commercial tenant improvements, residential renovations, and related capabilities across Surrey, Delta, Langley, and the broader Fraser Valley. We publish case studies, project data, team profiles, and service descriptions to help prospective clients evaluate whether we're the right fit for their project.

However, nothing on this website constitutes a formal construction quote, a binding proposal, or a contractual commitment. Actual project agreements happen through our standard CCDC contract process — in writing, signed by both parties, with scope, schedule, and pricing defined in detail. A number you see on a case study page (for example, "$367,000 for a 4,200 sq. ft. tenant improvement") describes a completed hist ... [TRUNCATED MIDDLE] ... ts original intent.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. For material changes — anything that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we'll post a notice on the site.
